How do I choose the right texture, length, or fullness?
Start with the look you want to achieve. Each product page should show the curl pattern and available options. If you’re deciding between them, email hello@sitenoire.com before ordering—we’re happy to help you choose.

What’s the difference between Raw and Virgin hair?
Both are human hair collections. Visit the individual product page for the details and care guidance specific to the hair you’re considering. If you’re unsure which is right for you, reach out before you order.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 4-8 days from the date you order for preparation, inspection, packaging, and delivery. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information.

Complimentary U.S. shipping is available on orders of $500 or more. Your shipping cost, if any, will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return my hair?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email hello@sitenoire.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please keep the hair, packaging, and any included accessories while we review your request.

If we confirm that an incorrect item was sent, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send the item back before receiving those instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please do not cut, color, chemically treat, install, or otherwise materially alter the hair while a return is being reviewed. Returns of hair materially altered after delivery may be declined or adjusted where permitted by law. This does not limit any rights you may have if the item was incorrect, damaged, or not as described.

How do I care for my hair?
Wash every 1–2 weeks, or as needed, with a gentle sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. Detangle from the ends upward; detangle curly hair while damp and conditioned. Pat dry and air-dry when possible. Use heat protectant before hot tools, protect the hair with satin overnight, and store it only when completely dry. For coloring, check your product’s guidance and consult an experienced stylist.
